The journal acts as a platform for the dissemination and exchange of information that related to implementation of methods and tools of dental information technology, oral and maxillofacial surgery, oral medicine and raises awareness regarding the importance of dental public health.
Dental Surgery and Oral Health journal is dedicated to Dentists, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Dental Public Health Clinics, Endodontists, Oral and Maxillofacial Radiologists, Oral Pathologists, Orthodontists, Pediatric Dentists, Periodontists, Prosthodontists and Dental Anesthesiologists for the dissemination of new knowledge and information about the latest research inventions relevant to dentistry and the oral cavity and associated structures in oral health and disease.
The journal encourages its authors to submit original investigations, reviews, reports, editorials and short addressing various divisions of dentistry including oral pathology, prosthodontics, endodontics, orthodontics, etc.
JDSOH employs a rigorous peer-review and editing process to assess manuscripts for integrity, importance, novelty, and scientific accuracy.
Peer-review is the system used to assess the quality of a manuscript before it is published. Review processing is performed by the editorial board members of the Journal of Dental Surgery and Oral Health or outside experts, at least two to three independent reviewer’s approval followed by editor approval is required for acceptance of any citable manuscript. After publishing, articles are freely available online without any restrictions or any other subscriptions to researchers worldwide.
